Bridges to Recovery partners with Vista Research group to gain quantitative data on the efficacy of our programs. This allows us to pinpoint the activities us to pinpoint the activities and modalities that are the most impactful to our clients and their loved ones while remaining at the forefront of mental health treatment. This document includes data collected by Vista Research Group from participating clients from two reports aggregating data from clients discharging between February 8, 2019 and June 30, 2025.

Symptom Reduction


At Bridges to Recovery, our program provides a safe setting where healing can truly take place. Our clients report significant and lasting improvements on their mental health symptoms including those stemming from trauma and anxiety 12 months after treatment. Additionally, clients also report feeling better overall after their time with us.

Connecting & Functioning


Bridges to Recovery clients experience improved connection and overall functioning. This is shown though an increase in the number of clients who reported having good or excellent relationships with their family members. Additionally, 76% of clients found their therapist to be extremely or very helpful – showing the benefits of a strong therapeutic alliance. Clients also made great strides on achieving their goals and on improving overall functioning.
